WASHINGTON — The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) will host an educational event for minority- and women-owned businesses at its headquarters in Washington, D.C., on July 22 from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
“Managing for Long-Term Success,” presented by Dr. Leonard Greenhalgh of the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, is a free, interactive session that reviews the challenges that entrepreneurial businesses encounter. Participants will learn about developing and implementing an effective business strategy, and tools to assess their management situations.
To register, e-mail RegisterOCCevent@occ.treas.gov by July 15 and include the name of each attendee, company name, and company DUNS number. To submit a reasonable accommodation request, please send an e-mail with details to the registration e-mail address. Because of limited space, the event is limited to the first 300 registrants.
The event will be held at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, 400 7th Street, SW, Washington, DC 20219. For security reasons, attendees will be subject to security screening procedures and must present a valid government-issued identification to enter the building.
