We’ve recently updated the Your Money, Your Goals webpages to make it simpler for staff and organizations to access our tools. This suite of financial empowerment materials provides frontline staff and volunteers at organizations across the country with information to use when having conversations about money with the people they serve. The updates include new resources that make it easier for frontline staff and volunteers, like you, to find tools and information when you need them.
Our new resources include helpful tools, media, training, and guides:
- Downloadable English and Spanish versions of the toolkit that can help the people you serve work through financial challenges and achieve goals.
- A new video about the Behind on Bills booklet explaining how we made the booklet and how you can use it to talk through complex money situations with the people you serve.
- Training and implementation resources that can help you build a plan to integrate Your Money, Your Goals into the services you provide.
- Companion guides for specific populations that can help you customize the money conversations you have to the unique needs of specific populations you may serve. The Focus on Reentry guide has tools that you can individually download so you can pick and choose which tools you want to use during one-on-one conversations. Soon, the Focus on Native Communities guide will have tools you can individually download, too.
You can download or order the toolkit, companion guides, and Behind on Bills booklet for free on our website. We aim to make it easier for staff and organizations to help people set goals, choose financial products, and build skills so they can effectively manage their financial lives and build a better future for themselves and their loved ones.
