As the new year kicks off, we wanted to take a minute and look back at our past successes and share what the future holds for findCRA and our clients and partners in 2016.
On January 22nd, findCRA will celebrate its third anniversary. From the moment inspiration first struck, our core belief has been that people who are dedicated to serving their communities need easy-to-use technology to promote inclusive collaboration with bank supporters. Three years later, we’ve seen that belief grow into a network of more than 100 partners working together to build stronger communities in a new way.
In 2015, we enhanced our online platform, creating a more powerful tool to facilitate quicker connections between our partners, culminating in the launch of our updated website in June. In October, we joined forces with Charity Deposits Corporation, both as an investor in our vision and business partner, to begin our national growth. As the year closed, we expanded findCRA services into new markets in New York City, New Jersey and Philadelphia, furthering our goal of providing our services throughout the nation.
We have great things planned for 2016. Over the next year, we will forge ahead on our mission to offer the best online platform for our users including new website features for managing project listings, connecting with the right opportunities and more. We are also excited to not only rollout new findCRA core services, but will announce in the coming weeks several new strategic partnerships that offer innovative national solutions serving various CRA needs including affordable housing, financial literacy, homeownership counseling and qualified investments. We are also committed to our continued national growth through additional new market expansion while nurturing our current markets, including our home in Louisville.
We know that we could have never gotten to this point without the support of our clients, strategic partners, advisers, dedicated staff and community leaders. We look forward to increasing our collective impact together in the coming year.
